We're hiking the trail towards Charco Azul (Blue Pool) in Chulilla, a beautiful town in the Valencian Community, 61 kilometers from the city of Valencia. We had a lovely weekend, even though it rained a bit at times, but it's impossible to have a bad time in Chulilla. We loved the town, the canyon, and the food. We stayed at the Hostal y Restaurante El Pozo and highly recommend both the accommodation and the delicious food at the restaurant. If you visit Chulilla, be sure to eat lunch or dinner there. The Cabrales cheese croquettes, the sirloin steak with truffle potatoes and cheese sauce were delicious, and I loved the tiramisu. (This is not a sponsorship.)
