Garden Maintenance Day: Rescuing a Zucchini Plant From Vine Borers

A vine borer attack threatened one of the zucchini plants in our community garden, but I wasn't ready to give up on it! 🌱 In this garden maintenance video, I walk through my natural approach to dealing with vine borer larvae damage. Instead of reaching for chemical pesticides, I carefully remove the damaged section of the plant, preserve the healthy portion, and bury the remaining root system in fresh soil to encourage new rooting and give the plant a second chance at survival.
