OŚRODEK WYPOCZYNKOWY "KACZARNICA" - PODKARPACKI RELIKT

Dense forest, silence broken by the snap of a branch underfoot, and a relic of the past hidden from the world. An old platter lift, a lack of advanced snowmaking and slope drainage systems, and chalets requiring major renovations meant the facility was losing ground to more modern ski resorts in the region. 3. Ownership and financial problems Debts mounted around the resort. Due to unsuccessful winter seasons and declining summer tourist numbers, the owners struggled to maintain operations, pay taxes, and invest in development. The facility was ultimately put up for sale, and the trustee and bailiff attempted to recover the debt... #urbex #urbextonievandalizm #lostplace #abandoned #abandonedplaces
