AI vision for print quality inspection on bottles

An automated visual inspection solution for quality control after screen printing on bottles! Jidoka Technologies' software "Kompass" uses Artificial Intelligence algortihms to identify defects on the components. Kompass is detecting 10+ highly critical visual defects on bottles with very close to 100% accuracy! This in-process inspection solution from Jidoka Technologies is built on a special hardware platform where the bottles are rotated 360 degrees for image capturing and then indexed linearly to the next stage. Within a matter of 0.8 seconds, 200+ images are taken per bottle, stitched together for inferencing by neural network models.
