HELMAND: ONCE THE MOST DANGEROUS PLACE IN AFGHANISTAN

Helmand Afghanistan... after visiting the ancient Bost Citadel, "Sad Moment" (joke) knew about this other ancient historic place which was a couple of miles maybe form the main citadel. the interior was all newer construction but the exterior was about 1,000 years old, very interesting area all around here. Then we stopped at the little village in Helmand and went into new Lashkargah where we walked around for a short time. it was difficult to stay anywhere for any length of time because of the crowds, which gets us too much attention. People were so lovely and happy and friendly , they havent seen many tourists in this area , so they were a little surprised to see us.These are the places i love the most! interacting with local people....
