The owner of this 2017 Toyota RAV4 contacted our workshop to improve the quality of his headlights. The car had less than 50,000 kilometers on it, and the light was very dim, as it was factory-equipped with halogen optics. Our task was to disassemble the headlights and replace the original halogen lenses with new bi-LED units. We also needed to improve the illumination of the front fog lights. Our team of specialists got to work, carefully removing the front bumper and then the headlights. The headlights were carefully developed in a heat oven. New LED lenses were installed and adjusted using bolted connections, ensuring high-quality and reliable operation. Old sealant was cleaned from the glass and housing. The headlight lenses were washed and polished on both sides for maximum clarity. We reassembled the headlights using new sealant specially designed for headlights. After reassembling the headlights and installing them on the vehicle, we polished and adjusted them according to GOST standards. We also replaced the original halogen fog lights with new LED units, which were also adjusted. Now this car will illuminate the road perfectly in any weather conditions and season!
