AFK Journey | A Predatory Mess Wrapped in Gold (Long Review)

With all due respect, I have nothing against people that enjoy AFK Journey, but this video was postponed many times, and throughout, I almost lost the motivation to complete it. The almost "corporate" feel of the game, the constant flash-sales in your face, the vertical nature of the progression just didn't vibe with me very much. The main reason I started playing at all is to see if all the marketing push back during the game's launch was worth the hype, and I thought maybe there would be more in store for me after playing for a month. I also edited this video up until 12am on the day of release, as sort of a response to people undoubtedly complaining about the surge of sponsored content on the channel recently. Guess this is my temporary way to compensate that. This video was on the backburner, but I managed to get it done over the weekend.
