You absolutely don’t need a bread maker for good bread. A small toaster oven can also bake tasty bread and have the look of artisan bread or classic bread. Combine flour, salt, starter, and water. 2. Stir until it forms a firm dough. Cover and let dough rest 20 minutes. 3. Remove to a wet surface and fold 12 times. Cover and rest about an hour. 4. Second folding about 4-5 folds. Cover and rest about an hour. 5. Third folding about 4-5 folds. Cover and rest about an hour. 6. First shaping of dough. Shape into two round loaves. Dust the basket with flour to prevent sticking. Cover and let dough rest XX minutes. 7. Second shaping of dough. Transfer to fridge overnight. 8. Spray water on top of bread before baking. 9. Bake 45 minutes until golden brown. Tip: Add ½ teaspoon baking soda during the third folding if you prefer the bread to be less sour.
