I HAVE LESS THAN A 2% CHANCE OF FINISHING THIS SHEPHERD'S PIE

I am at Mulligan's Irish Pub in Franklin, WI and I am going to attempt their shepherd's pie challenge. This is an 8+ pound shepherd's pie loaded with ground beef, cheddar cheese, sautéed with parsnips, carrots, peas, celery, and onions, topped with colcannon mashed potatoes and served with Irish stout bread. I will have 45 minutes to complete this and if I do I will get the meal for free, an awesome T-shirt, a $50 gift card and join the handful of winners up on the Wall of Fame.
