Full Body RESISTANCE BAND Workout | Chair Exercises with Resistance Band

This is a 30 minute chair exercise workout challenging the whole body using a resistance band. We'll go through a series of exercises to challenge every major muscle to give you a well rounded exercise program. You can stand for the upper body exercises if you wish to give yourself more of a challenge. Find a resistance band that challenges you. You can find links below if you need to purchase a resistance band. We'll stretch for a few minutes at the end to finish off the workout.
