Yamaha R15 v4 - What A Motorcycle! | First Ride Review | PowerDrift

The Yamaha R15 has always been one of the best bikes in the segment! It has stood the test of time, and has evolved to stay relevant. The R15 v4 still has very little to complain about. With looks derived from the R7, it looks stunning in the flesh. The build quality has further improved in this iteration. With the engine tweaks and the VVA from the v3, the R15 has a more accessible powerband, and is much more usable in the city. However, a little performance bump would have added to its character. It handles well, and with the addition of a USD fork, quickshifter, and traction control, it's gotten that much more pleasant. Perfection is hard to attain, but Yamaha is getting closer with every version of the R15. It still maintains a strong position between the new KTM RC 125 and the RC 200.
