In this video, I explain how to activate the transverse abdominis muscle, especially during pregnancy. In the first part of the video, I explain the importance of working this muscle. Next, I perform the exercises sequentially, from the simplest way to work the transverse abdominis to the most complicated exercise at the end. We start by working on breathing, then we activate the transverse abdominis, and gradually add other muscle groups that help further activate the transverse abdominis muscle.
