Running on just a few hours of sleep, we had to scan our documents again before heading to the Korean Consulate to submit our visa application. Thankfully, everything went smoothly, and now we're just waiting for my Korean criminal background certificate to arrive from Korea. We really hope the process moves quickly so we can start our life together in Korea as soon as possible. It was a long and stressful day, but we managed to unwind by shopping at the outlet mall, exploring American grocery stores, and enjoying some delicious sushi. It was the perfect way to end such a hectic day. Our very first day in the U.S. turned out to be nothing like we expected, but we're sure these unexpected moments will become great memories someday.
