Arthur continues to strengthen as it moves inland, and the latest outlook now shows higher impacts for parts of Georgia and the Carolinas. The biggest concerns remain flooding rain, strong thunderstorms, and the possibility of rotating storms capable of producing isolated tornadoes. Not everyone will experience the same impacts. Some areas will see repeated rounds of heavy rain while others deal with more scattered activity.
