I Had a Seizure on My Flight

This was not the video we planned to make. On our way to start a new trip, Marisa had a seizure in the middle of our flight, and what should have been a normal travel day turned into a terrifying medical emergency. We debated whether or not to share this, but we’ve always promised to be real about our travels — the good, the bad, and the scary. Travel doesn’t always go as planned, and sometimes things can go very wrong. We’re so thankful for the flight crew, the medical team, and everyone who helped us that day. This video is our honest story of what happened, how we felt, and why we believe it’s important to share the hard moments alongside the highlights.
