Sketchy & Rough KONE Hydraulic Elevators at the Tivoli Garage, Auraria Campus in Denver, CO

(Filmed 2/20/26) While I was on a college visit, I stumbled upon this set of 2 KONE Series 220 hydros that I thought were going to be good... only they are NOT. Both of these elevators run horribly, banging and shaking like complete madness, with the first car (on the left) running the worst of these two. Plus, one of the two COPs in each car were non-functioning, further undermining the reliability of these elevators. Seriously? These really need to be improved, if those maintenance guys weren't playing hooky or something. These do have good motors, though. © 2026 Hidden Elevator Adventures. All Rights Reserved.
