We're standing in the Thai jungle in temperatures up to 37 degrees Celsius (99 degrees Fahrenheit) in the shade – moving 460 truckloads of earth. Why? Because this property is our dream, and we want to help expats do it right. Because flooding is a reality here. Because we're leaving nothing to chance. What you see in this video is no small construction project. It's a Herculean effort. A hole so deep you can't get out without an excavator. A "house pool" that keeps getting bigger.
