My last 24 hours in Sri Lanka didn’t go as planned... 😅🇱🇰

After getting dropped off by the night bus from Jaffna at 5 AM, my final day in Sri Lanka turned into a wild ride of unexpected twists! I started the morning chasing a beautiful sunrise on Negombo beach, watching local life, and catching a chaotic moment where a vehicle got completely stuck in the sand. From there, things got interesting. I took a PickMe bike to hunt down some authentic local Sri Lankan Biryani, but my luck turned when I tried exploring the local spots. The famous "Dutch Fort" turned out to be just an old broken gate, and I managed to turn up to the Sunday Market on the wrong day! To top it all off, I headed back to the beach to find the catamaran boatman I met at dawn, hoping to go for a sailing ride—but a total lack of tourists meant the plan fell through. Even with all the fails, ending the day with a peaceful golden hour sunset on the coast made it the perfect farewell to this beautiful island.
