I'm also trying fried noodles stuffed with mashed potatoes… a completely WTF recipe, but very intriguing. I'm making a pimped-out Buldak carbonara ramen—creamy, spicy, and way too intense. I'm also trying Pringles dipped in chocolate, kind of like the deluxe version of the trend where you pour chocolate directly into a can of Pringles. Then I'm trying Cheeto-battered fried onion rings… crispy, neon orange, and very decadent. I'm also testing pistachio cottage cheese ice cream to see if this viral healthy recipe can actually be good. And finally, I'm trying out strawberries coated in crispy marshmallows, a super viral recipe that's everywhere. I'm going to document my mindset while I test all these satisfying recipes.
