Dice the onion, finely chop the parsley, and fry both in a pan with butter for 3 minutes. Add the onions and parsley to the ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, and HSN spice mix. Lightly squeeze the bread roll and add it to the minced meat along with the egg and mustard, then mix everything together. Form 8 meatballs with wet hands and fry them in a hot pan with rapeseed oil for 2 minutes each until browned.
