UWinemaker, invented by a Calgary Engineer, creates better quality wine in less time with less muss and fuss, and eliminates the heavy lifting of the antiquated pale and carboy system. Our customers simply pour the yeast and come back in 30 to 45 days (depending on their wine kits) to bottle the finished product and take home. More adventurous clients may wish to purchase their wine kits and UWinemakers to ferment in their own homes, as well.
