Rainy Days and Simple Moments

In this episode, I feel particularly nostalgic and take pleasure in the little moments that make even the simplest days special. When the weather gets very warm, I love preparing fresh and light meals, so I show you a simple summer salad very similar to the traditional Italian panzanella.
