Upgraded burner for the furnace. Beats propane? YES! with graphs & first casting and lettering test

I've made a better burner for my DIY home furnace/foundry. My previous burner was 'ok' (quite slow and VERY NOISY)... so i really wanted a better solution... So i made "the little burner that could"! SPOILER ALERT - IT'S BLOOMING AMAZING! I'm still using Diesel as i don't have a ready supply of used motor or veg oil but i reckon this thing could match any propane burner out there! Its also cheap to run (i do tests to find the costs at the end). I've binned the siphon nozzle burner and i'm just squirting the diesel neat into a red hot chamber now - no nozzle required! i use a modified Dyson vacuum cleaner as the air supply - it makes an awesome blower! And you know those damned medals i'm always going on about???... I TRY TO CAST A TEST MEDAL as a proof of concept, and a drafted letter plate too :) I also do a couple of experiments: How fast can it get hot? and i also work out the cost of running it.
