In this video, I show you how to setup ARS (Auto Route Selection) and talk a little about AAR on an S87XX PBX although this can be translated to other Avaya PBX's as well. Just refer to the Avaya Aura Communication Manager Feature Description and Implementation manual for more information. http://support.avaya.com, Click on Documentation and select the system and version for your PBX.
