Among the exhibits, we were particularly drawn to the Showa-era home appliances. The "roller washing machine" sparked a minor debate between my husband and me, and we embarked on a journey reminiscing about old memories. While childhood memories resurfaced, a tragic accident I'd heard about from my mother-in-law suddenly crossed my mind, and there were moments when my heart ached. It was a day where we touched upon the "story" that this place holds, more than just nostalgia.
