初来日イギリス人シェフ日本料理に感銘を受ける！【居酒屋料理】

This time, we went to the izakaya restaurant "Uoyashirushi" in Yotsuya with Toby and Kirsten, a British couple we met in Shibuya, and had a chance to talk to them while they ate a variety of dishes. The couple have quit their jobs and are in the middle of a six-month trip around Asia. Toby, who was a chef at a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant in London, is interested in Asian cuisine, which we don't usually get to eat, so when we asked him if we would like to shoot something together, he immediately agreed.
