Probamos maquina de ultrasonidos económica
Ultrasonic Machine: https://amzn.to/4dOTqWR Magnetic Flywheel Video • Ultrasonidos Funciona de Verdad & Ultrason... Paco has purchased an ultrasonic machine and tested it on his channel, Volante Magnético. An ultrasonic machine generally, and for the record, looks similar to a deep fryer. The parts to be cleaned are placed in a basket and submerged in a cleaning liquid. The machine usually heats the liquid to 50°C, but since it has a regulator, this can be set at will. Then, using ultrasound, it causes the liquid and the part to vibrate, and the friction eventually results in the clean part coming out. This may or may not take longer depending on two variables: how dirty the piece is and how good the liquid is... In his video, Paco tried a homemade formula that's circulating in several videos: Water + Dish Soap + Vinegar... And in the video description, I've included a link to Paco's video, so you can see the result... Spoiler Alert It didn't turn out well... So, after a phone conversation about this matter... I contacted QM Cleaner and asked if they had a liquid for this purpose, and within a few days, I had a package in my possession... Being a YouTuber, even if it's from a crappy channel... has its advantages. So, on the one hand, we had an ultrasound machine purchased on Amazon at a really low cost... and it didn't work on its first test... Paco was very nervous about the damn machine... And the manager at QM Cleaner was biting his nails because he didn't know if he had done the right thing or not by sending us the fluids... To test the machine and the fluid, what better than the outboard motor carburetor... Before continuing, it should be noted that this carburetor was soaked in diesel fuel for 7 days... This period is due to many reasons, but the main one is that we left it soaking on Sunday... and we didn't record the video until the following Sunday... Could it be less time...? Could the can be made of something other than tuna? Will any type of diesel work? These are questions that will remain unanswered... Diesel fuel doesn't clean well, but it's the best way I've found to date to soften hardened gunk. And this is the state of the carburetor once it's been removed from the diesel fuel. Now let's prepare the liquid, which should be mixed with tap water at a 10% ratio. It's understood that a higher concentration has a greater cleaning effect... But we've been advised that a 10% ratio is already sufficient. Since our intention is to make two liters, the amount of liquid to use is 200 cc... And then we top up to 2 liters with water. The liquid doesn't smell at all, nor is it toxic beyond not ingesting it. Since the cleaner comes with a metal basket, we place the parts to be cleaned there... And when we put the basket in the cleaner, we have to make sure that everything is completely submerged... We cover it and start programming the machine. This has two parameters to program: the temperature of the liquid and the run time... The first has three buttons, one with a + and the other with a -, with which we can modify the desired temperature of the liquid... And this is reflected in the dial at the top, which is divided into two parts. The one on the left is where we indicate the desired temperature. And the one below measures the temperature of the liquid. Once the On/Off button is pressed, a heating element begins to operate and heats the liquid until it reaches the desired temperature. The other three buttons are similar, but with the run time. Based on what we've seen in other videos, it's best to set 15-minute intervals. When the temperature is correct, we press On, and the time begins to count down... So, wait... Well, once the 15 minutes were up, we removed the carburetor... And the parts were much cleaner, but the carburetor body, which was repainted black, still has traces of paint, and there's still dirt in the corners... The rest of the parts, on the other hand, looked pretty good. Everything seems to call for another 15 minutes... Well, after waiting another 15 minutes, the result is impressive... The traces of black paint and dirt have disappeared. The carburetor's finish isn't very lustrous because it was factory-painted, and this paint is already quite deteriorated. But the dirt has disappeared...
