AI on the Jetson Nano LESSON 43: Instrumenting Code to Measure FPS in OpenCV

We display the observed FPS on the main window. This will allow us to optimize the performance of our AI System. OK, now this is the gear I am using for my Jetson Nano project shown in today's video.
