Sketching Root Locus Part 1
Get the map of control theory: https://www.redbubble.com/shop/ap/550... Download eBook on the fundamentals of control theory (in progress): https://engineeringmedia.com Sketching a root locus by hand can be done by following some simple rules. However, more important than actually being able to sketch to plot is being able to use our knowledge to design compensators in the S-plane. Understanding how poles and zeros affect a closed loop control system allows you to predict what you need in order to build a stable system just by looking at the root locus.
