VIOLATIONS, FORMAL: 215 Pollock St. – modern metal roofing – Stop Work Order violated in 2019: City Attorney currently pausing lawsuit to allow for owner to sue contractor. B. PREVENTION OF DEMOLITION BY NEGLECT CASES, FORMAL: 221 E. Front St. – long-time DBN case, since 1990s or earlier – update: 5/2026: several additional windows repaired and reinstalled, currently several windows removed for repair, roofing covered with temporary material along parapet, louvers installed in basement openings, siding removed on rear additions, OSB over building paper, rebuilding two-story wood porch with exact replacement, repointing CoA application soon. 726 Pollock St. – Formal violation letter sent, applicant working with HPC staff, some improvements made, hearing with CBI 12/30/25, timeline set.
