Club Lunch – Fireside Chat with Keith Macgregor: City of Lights (2026)
City of Lights (2026) is Keith Macgregor's latest work. focused on neon. its past and heritage. in Hong Kong. Macgregor's body of work constitutes one of the largest photographic archives of Hong Kong's streets and neon signage. Sadly. in the last 20 years, much of this rich visual history has been destroyed. Where neon was everywhere in the ' 80s. due to the introduction of the Signboard Control System in 2010 , as well as renovations and new buildings, most neon signs have disappeared. These neon signs are not only tangible artefacts, but carry intangible histories of the people behind their creation. Moderated by FCC Professional Committee Member Raymond Lam.
