Nissan Titan Parking Brake Replacement (2004-2015)

In this video I show the steps and procedures necessary to replace the parking brake shoes and hardware on a 2004 -2015 Nissan Titan. The same steps and procedures can be taken to on a Nissan armada or Infiniti QX56. Most of the time when these parking brakes fail, pad material on the parking brake shoe becomes delaminated from its steel mount and the shoe material falls into the hub area which can cause quite a mess. sometimes the springs or toggle lever will brake as well. Make sure to check out the ABS sensor and the Eccentric pick up wheel on the axle to see if they’re damaged from any debris when the failure occurred. Also one thing to check out is the toggle lever for the parking brake cable. In this video I did not replace the toggle lever because mine was in great shape.
