"हमारे बच्चों को अनाथ बनाना बंद कीजिए" Every year, thousands of children in India are silently orphaned, not by death, but by a legal system that turns parents into adversaries and children into bargaining chips. This is the reality of parental alienation, when one parent is systematically erased from a child's life through legal manipulation, false narratives, and the weaponization of custody. "न्यायाधीश" is a Hindi poem written from the heart of every father and every child, caught in this crossfire. It questions the courts, the laws, and a society that has normalized the trade of children for money. It is a plea for shared parenting, for gender-neutral justice, and for a system that remembers what it was built to protect: the child. If this poem moved you, please share it.
