Mugello helmet cam onboard 1:59.1 | Honda CBR1000RR with Jenny Tinmouth 2025

Onboard from Mugello Circuit on a recent Focused events track day (thanks to WGA Construction 🙏) Two helmet cam laps using the Insta360 GO 3S and a iphone as a laptimer usings Harrys laptimer App. 1:59.1 lap and a 1:59.7 lap, hopefully great for learning the fabulous Mugello Circuit if your planning on going. My laps are not perfect by any means, I’m breaking too early and not hard enough for nearly all corners and especially turn 1. The key to the circuit is running in deap off throttle and lining up for the perfect exit where you can have linner acceleration rather than sitting on a constant throttle, running in deap on the brakes is good for this for sure and something to build up too as you suss the circuit out. This track day was super fun and hopefully it is useful for a rider perspective of the fabulous circuit, there are lots of good references with painted curbs, meter boards, poles or marshal posts at the side of the track, the tarmac is ultra smooth, with super fast start finish straight, tighter chicanes and fast flowing undulating corners, it’s a fantastic circuit to ride a motorbike around and in such a beautiful location in the world.
