Metcal MX 500 Soldering Rework Station (attempted) Teardown

This is my MX-500P station that I just received, after a quick test I decided to take it apart and uncover all the magic housed in that metal box. unfortunately I decided to abort the teardown half way though because I didn't know how the transformer was mounted. Now that I think about it, considering how thick the metal is, it't probably bolted to the chassis with long screws. Might one it again another day.
