ABORTED TAKEOFF on United 757-200 at Fort Lauderdale!!! March 15, 2025

This one is pretty self-explanatory here. We were taking off at Fort Lauderdale this morning heading to Newark, and pretty quickly on takeoff the pilots aborted or rejected the takeoff. Not a whole lot of information was given to us; however, it was something to do with an engine indicator light that was connected to the auto throttle auto pilot system. A few PA announcements from the crew can be heard throughout the video explaining the situation. After a few hours of system resets and maintenance work, they were able to get it repaired back at the gate, and we took off with no further issues and quite a stunning departure coming out of Fort Lauderdale over the coastline of Florida. I will say you can't ask for much more in the sense of an aborted takeoff when it's on a Boeing 757 with Rolls-Royce RB-211 engines. Probably one of the coolest planes to have it happen on.
