Walking in Palm Springs & checking out the newly completed 55+ ALOE apartment complex

On my walk today, around the Old Las Palmas neighborhood of Palm Springs, I was especially interested in checking out the newly completed affordable 55-plus apartment development called ALOE. It's located on the corner of Stevens and Palm Canyon Drive. It's a beautiful midcentury modern style building in one of the most upscale neighborhoods of Palm Springs, CA and just opened in October of 2025. #walkingtour #walking #palmspringsvlog #55pluscommunity
