Pruning The Wild Thing, My Thuja occidentalis, The Bonsai Zone, Nov 2023
I'm pruning this Eastern White Cedar (Thuja occidentalis) cascade tree in a different manner, no branch removal, just shortening the new growth each year. The tree will then grow into it's own freestyle form. It will be interesting to see how "The Wild Thing" develops! I also get a wonderful gift from Tom of the YouTube channel "Grow & Clip Bonsai for Seniors"! Here is a link to his channel.... / @growclipbonsaiforseniors1951 Stay tuned for some nice fall updates at the end of the video!
