Communicating and Non-Communicating Clinical Manifestations: In Children: Behavioral Degeneration + Sleep Degeneration + Bradypsychia + Irritability + Increased Head Circumference + Tense Anterior Fontanelle + Suture Diastasis + Rising Sun Gaze + Strabismus + Diplopia x Involvement of CN III and CN VI. In Adults: Depends on the type of hydrocephalus:  Hypertensive: The following are defined: SHI (Compensated and Decompensated) + Ataxia + Visual Degenerations (Diplopia, Increased Visual Acuity, Visual Ataxia), among others.  Normotensive: Here we discuss Hakim's Triad: a) Gait Ataxia. b) Dementia. c) URINARY INCONTINENCE.
