Apartments Just Changed BIG TIME | Rust Update First Look

Rust’s new apartment complex, has already changed in a big way, and this video breaks down the latest version before it goes live. The biggest change is the Master Key. You no longer need to travel all the way to Bandit Camp to get it. The Master Key can now be purchased directly in the basement of the Apartments for 1000 scrap, and there is currently no reset timer. That is a huge change for anyone planning to use, raid, or control this monument. The cost of renting rooms has also dropped drastically to encourage more players to visit and use Nova Apartments. The current apartment prices are: -Basement Room: 25 scrap with 10 scrap upkeep per day -Standard Room: 150 scrap with 50 scrap upkeep per day -Penthouse Room: 350 scrap with 100 scrap upkeep per day That is a massive price drop from the earlier version, making the Apartments much more accessible for regular players, solos, duos, and anyone looking for safe zone living without spending a fortune. In this video, I go over the newest changes to the Apartments, including the updated room prices, the new Master Key location, how the basement purchase works, and a great tip for hiding your Master Key so you do not make yourself an easy target. The Apartments also now includes a fully functional playground, access to the train system, a mysterious set of ladders, and 14 shops that can be raided just as easily as apartment rooms. That means this monument is not just about renting rooms anymore. It has player shops, raid potential, transportation, safe zone mechanics, and a lot of strange little details that may matter more than people realize. In this video, you’ll see: -The latest Apartments changes in Rust -How to buy the Master Key for 1000 scrap in the basement -Why the no reset timer is a huge deal -Raid/Breakin timers -Updated apartment room prices and upkeep costs -Basement, Standard, and Penthouse room tiers -A tip for hiding your Master Key -Access to the train system -The new playground area -The mysterious ladders -14 raidable shops This update makes the Apartments feel much more important than before.
