Luup: Tomigaya via Harajuku to Shibakoen (near Tokyo Tower) [4K / random commentary]

Luup scooter ride from Tomigaya (just on the south-western edge of Yoyogi park) over to Shibakoen to try and catch the lit-up Tokyo Tower at blue hour ... though with rush hour Friday traffic through Harajuku, I did end up just missing the best light once I got there... Started off with an ND16 neutral density filter, but as it was getting progressively darker, I eventually remove the filter at 28:24 - before that timing, I worked on the video in post a bit to progressively raise the gain in the first section to counter the fading light.
