The Godhead IV... A Biblical Study of the GODHEAD

In this week's study of the Godhead we continue to look at the deeply relational nature of God, where love, unity, and purpose exist perfectly within the divine being itself. Passages throughout the Bible reveal cooperation and harmony among the persons of the Godhead, such as at the baptism of Jesus Christ, where the Father speaks, the Son is baptized, and the Spirit descends. This unity provides a model for understanding divine love and community, while also shaping key theological ideas about salvation and worship. Ultimately, a study of the Godhead invites reflection on both the mystery and the accessibility of God—transcendent beyond full human comprehension, yet personally involved in the lives of those who seek Him.
