The demographics are poor. There are fewer children, fewer young people, and the number of Tarnobrzeg's oldest residents is growing. The city has been and continues to do much to address this last social group. One example is the Tarnobrzeg Senior Center, established four years ago, which hosts a wide range of activities. Janusz Maciurzyński, the center's manager, discussed how seniors spend their free time there, how they develop their skills, and what they complain about most in the latest "Question Wprost" magazine.
