Reserve the other half to use as a sauce. Refrigerate fish for 30-60 minutes. Heat a little oil in a pan and cook fish until heated through, a few minutes on each side. Remove cooked fish from pan and heat up reserved marinade for a minute to pour over fish. Enjoy!
