Experiment with flavors and be sure to try the pie with sour cream, which I showed at the end. Delicious! INGREDIENTS: For the dough: Flour - 360 g Baking powder - 1 tsp Butter - 180 g Sour cream - 2 tbsp Egg - 1 pc. Sugar - 100 g Salt - a pinch For the filling: Raspberries - 400 g Sugar - 2 tbsp Starch - 2 tbsp For the filling: Sour cream - 150 ml Icing sugar - 2 tbsp PREPARATION For the dough, mix the flour, grate the butter, egg and baking powder. Add sugar and a little salt to taste. Add sour cream to the dough for sourness. Divide the dough into 2 parts and put in the refrigerator for 30–40 minutes. Place most of the dough in a form lined with parchment, forming the sides. For the filling, mix the raspberries with sugar and starch. Spread the raspberry filling, and grate the second part of the dough from the refrigerator on top. Bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
