CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES, GLUTEN FREE, REFINED SUGAR FREE Ingredients Sift Together • 2 Cups + 2 Tbsp Almond Flour • 1 tsp Baking Powder • ½ tsp Baking Soda • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt (Omit if using salted butter) In a Separate Bowl Mix • ½ cup butter, melted, slightly cooled • 1 Large Egg • 3/4 Cup Maple Syrup • 2 tsp Vanilla • 1 ¼ - 1 ½ cup King Arthur Bread Flour AS NEEDED • 1 Cup Choc Zero Chocolate Chips Preheat oven to 350 degrees 1. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper 2. Sift the almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl. 3. In a separate bowl mix together melted butter, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla. 4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. 5. At this point if too runny/wet – add gluten free flour as needed 6. Fold in the chocolate chips 7. Roll the dough into a ball and place on cookie sheet 8. Bake 10 minutes, remove from oven and push down very lightly and return to oven for 2-3 more minutes. 9. Once cool, place in container and store in fridge
