Odisha Rain Alert: Schools Closed 2 Days in Kandhamal! | Odisha Rain | Odia News In view of the continuous heavy rainfall and severe weather warning, the Kandhamal district administration has officially declared a two-day emergency holiday for all educational institutions. Kandhamal District Collector Bed Bhushan issued the directive, ordering all government, aided, and private schools to remain completely shut today and tomorrow. This safety measure is applicable to all students from Class 1 up to Higher Secondary (+2) levels to avoid any flash flood or waterlogging hazards.
