Our train broke down! Train fun at the Great Cockrow Miniature Railway

Things to do in London...or just outside of London. The Great Cockrow Railway is well worth the trip beyond the M25 though, and it is literally just outside of it. We went to the Great Cockrow Miniature Railway in Chertsey, Surrey back in 2019 and loved it, but would we be as impressed three years later? Spoiler alert - we loved it even more in 2022 * With two lines to try out (green or red), you criss-cross through the woods, over and under bridges and into dark tunnels. There is always another train passing by or through the trees, sometimes even racing alongside you. Oh, and our engine had to be removed from service for being too enthusiastic!
