Ambiguous Loss: Moving Forward
It is often said that life is a journey. Good-byes, disappointments, and losses are a part of life’s journey. Some losses, like the death of a loved one, are well defined while others are a bit more ambiguous like the loss that comes with divorce, addictions, health conditions, or immigration. Nebraska Extension will present an online seminar titled, Ambiguous Loss: Moving Forward, examining the subject matter of Ambiguous Loss. In addition to learning about Ambiguous Loss, topics of family stress, resilience, communication, and utilizing resources will be covered during the seminar.
