Rocky Mountain Path | Whiteside Fell Walk in Bad Weather

This Wainwright walk starts in the free carpark a short distance from Buttermere village. The route map is in the video description. Heading onto the trail we are over the back to the first incline. This is steep but stable as is the second incline to Whiteside’s summit. Once up, we visit the West top then the East top and continue to our second Wainwright Hopegill Head. We pass Sand Hill before a steeper descent to the beck. From here it is a fantastic run as the waterfalls accompany us all the way. There are excellent spots for wild swimming and paddling as we head down this picturesque valley and back to the start. Route: https://explore.osmaps.com/route/3044...
